Why is there no lead in Month 1?
Month 1 is entirely strategy and setup. We understand your sales process, ICP, USP, and what a quality lead looks like for your specific offer. Building a pipeline on a poorly defined ICP wastes every rupee of ad spend. One month of correct foundation work saves months of poor-quality leads.
What lead volume can I expect?
It depends on your ad budget. The higher the budget, the more leads. Month 2 is the learning phase — some leads, not yet optimised. By Month 3–4 you have consistent, high-quality leads. We don't promise a specific number because CPL varies by niche, offer, and ad budget — but we optimise relentlessly to reduce your cost per lead without compromising on lead quality.
What is GHL and why do I need it?

It handles your WhatsApp automation, email sequences, calendar bookings, payment gateway, Meta pixel integration, and campaign dashboard — all in one place. You get login access to your own sub-account. Every lead that comes in from your Meta ads enters the system automatically.
If I stop working with you, do I keep access to my GHL automation?
Yes — if you want to keep what we've built. The GHL Automation (WhatsApp sequences, email flows, calendar, pipeline) is set up on your sub-account during your engagement, and you get login access to your own sub-account from day one — full visibility into your pipeline, leads, and campaigns. If you decide to stop our services but want to retain the full automation system, you continue paying ₹5,000/month sub-account fee + ₹2,000/month automation maintenance fee — and your sub-account login stays active. The ₹2,000 covers minor workflow updates and health checks so the system keeps running. If you don't want to retain it, there's no charge — the sub-account is simply closed.
What do sub-account fee and automation maintenance fee mean?
Sub-account fee (₹5,000/month) — for the GHL sub-account hosted on ClientEdge's agency-level GHL infrastructure. You pay this to ClientEdge, not to GHL directly — and it's significantly less than what you'd pay GHL directly for a comparable plan.

Automation maintenance fee (₹2,000/month) — covers minor workflow updates and routine health checks so the automation keeps running smoothly.

Adding a completely new automation workflow is scoped and quoted separately. A second funnel is treated as a new engagement at the same package fees.
